Is it a 24 hr clock or just between certain hours?

The 3 hour clock runs from 10:00 AM Eastern Daylight time to 10:00 PM Eastern Daylight time, Monday through Friday. Which gives everyone on both coasts ample time to participate.

That means you have a 3-hour window in which to make your pick. If you don't make your pick within the 3-hour window you can, and most likely will, be skipped. If you are skipped you can pick at any time. You don't HAVE to use the entire 3 hours (please don't if you know who you want) and there are no "FIXED" times reserved for anyone.

There is no clock on weekends - and no skipping unless authorized by the person being skipped.

If you can't be around you can send proxies to me or another manager who'll post your pick when it's time.
