Did Riggo get skipped or drop a pick? I went in to change my proxy from on to off and the next thing I saw was a group of automatic picks?

I actually approved the drop for Riggo - anybody can do it - doesn't need to be an admin - but I think he has to make a manual pick to fill that spot - don't think it will pull one off the proxy list.
