Free Agent Draft

Just to clarify, having taken the Baltimore Orioles, is my first pick the 24th pick overall? (4 + 8 +12)

Gordie, you are correct. Your Orioles have the 24th overall pick. You have a total of 5.84 mil to spend on free agents during the draft. Your home stadium is Memorial Stadium, and I strongly recommend the pizza. After the autodraft, you can pick up any available free agents through the waiver process in the usual way.

As a Cleveland Indians fans, I am naturally a glutton for punishment, so this theme is right up my alley.

[quote:1694019fbf="LMBombers"]What if the Braves are not selected. Then the Senators could grab Carty to play LF and move Howard over to RF.[/quote:1694019fbf]

I did this in an auto draft league once. I got surprisingly strong results out of my staff. I did make sure to have Millan and Petrocelli up the middle.

Looks like Big Mac might be wearing the Taco Bell cap this season! 8-)

No DH - scratch that . . . maybe.
