- 2 round serpentine franchise draft, picked by random number generator
- managers use the SAME two franchises in all of the leagues
- Players assigned to a franchise based on the majority of their carded seasons in that card set (ties broken by [b:0672efc951]ABs, then BBs[/b:0672efc951]/IPs). *see end of this post for an example
- 1 pt awarded for each win
- 5 pts awarded for each playoff appearance
- 10 pts awarded for finals appearance
- 20 pts awarded for a league championship
- all leagues to commence within 4 weeks of the franchise draft
- all leagues will use 5/10/20 and waivers
- trading allowed in all leagues
- NO TRADING ACROSS CARD SETS

- Arizona, Florida, Tampa Bay, and Colorado are not eligible

- You can select your stadium from either of the franchises stadiums in each card set. It does not have to be the one team's stadium in all three leagues.

The tie in carded seasons between CHA and BAL is broken by the IPs. [b:0672efc951]He is an Oriole[/b:0672efc951] (436 IPs vs 419 with CHA) in the 70s card set.
3) [b:0672efc951]Willie Wilson in the 90s[/b:0672efc951] - 2 carded seasons with KC (690 ABs + 57 BBs) , 2 with OAK (690 ABs + 53 BBs). [b:0672efc951]He is a Royal[/b:0672efc951] in the 90's card set.

No trading across card sets.
You have the rights to all of the players that qualify as a franchise player (according to # of cards/ABs/IPs) even if they don't make your active roster.
If you trade a player, the manager that received him in the trade has the exclusive rights to him from that point forward. Cutting a player does not relinquish the new manager's rights to that player.
Also, you can trade players that you have rights to, even if he is not on your active roster. As long as the trade is communicated here or in the specific league email system, and is confirmed by both managers, it is a binding trade. Once the seasons are running, you can use the regular trade function in the league.
