My only issue was that Ted didn't wait until I responded to the emails that he sent last night.

He sent me a PM at an hour this morning that I couldn't possibly have received nullifying everything, but no e-mail after sending me an acceptance email TWICE!!!

I believe he saw something he liked and made the decision to move on.

Doesn't seem quite ethical to me without checking back but c'est la vie.

I'm sure Ted's got bigger things on his mind right now Sandy. In my experience Ted's a lot more of the "absent minded professor than anything," and right now it's more likely "distracted absent-minded professor."

Exactly what I said to you in the email KD.

The use of the word "unethical" was uncalled for on my part because Ted is one of the MOST ethical people I know an I apologize. "Frustrating" is more appropriate and yet totally understandable.

What Ted is dealing with now is WAY bigger than all this and WAY more important.

I'm at lunch now and will take care of this when I return.

My apologies about holding the draft, I offered the pick to Sandy but somehow the pace stalled, I believe Sands is at lunch, as soon as i hear back from him whether or not to take the pick we'll move on. KD has my proxy in case Sandy passes on it... we'll get moving soon :)

I trade Johnny Cueto and prospect Christian Friedrich to Chuck for Russell Branyan and his 2nd round prospect draft pick (which I just used).
