Early report on picking a team:
I just created my team -- the Reds. It took a little doing to fit everybody within the salary cap of $80M. The problem is that there are not many really cheap position players in the Reds set to fill in and leave room for more expensive guys. It will be hard to add anybody expensive in the 2-round draft.
I'll be interested in the experience of other managers.
I think $100M would be more than enough to compensate, but that may put other franchises at a disadvantage.

Would certainly like to hear input from owners on the topic of division alignment, etc.
It would be nice for rivals to be in the same division. On the other hand, how would you manipulate the divisional setup? My lack of franchise league expertise is showing here!
Also, we could up the cap to $100M, however, it seems almost certain to help the top teams and be yet another handicap for the rest. I'm inclined to stay @ $80M.
