Concerning the drop of Lopat, I have been suing proxies due to travel; I simply had not had a chance to change priority listings after some of my choices were taken. There certainly was no intent to corrupt the process or deceive anyone. I made the request as soon as I was able to do so.

Actually, that would be USING proxies, not suing them !
