I believe new owners can change stadiums. When the draft starts, Page2 will assign everyone a 2 hr. time slot that doesn't change in which to make their picks on the ILC.

Thanks for the Cliff Notes' version. Do we play game engine roster rules? 24-28 players, add/drop during season?
