Thanks everyone for holding off on Round 2, until we get a replacement lined up.

Splinter...You complain about us drafting on the weekend saying.."a man's weekend is his." But somehow you had time to log on at least four different times to ***** about the draft, but not to participate.
Nothing that you say makes any sense. I am in other leagues, as I'm sure you are,too, and if someone misses their three hour window, they get skipped. In the case of your predecessor, he didn't simply miss three hours, he sometimes missed three days--one time he went almost a full week without making a pick. Yet, he still managed to make the playoffs.
All of your points are contradictory, but what's worse is that, instead of suggesting a league vote, you try to just force everyone to do your will.
I deeply regret letting you in this league. The one thing I ask is that you show at least enough class to give us your passwords so that someone else can acesss your team and play the season

Thanks and appreciation to everyone else for holding off on Round Two while we look for a replacement. The timing is unfortunate, but better now than having to deal with such narcissistic nonsense throughout an entire season.

I dont know if your league started yet or not, but, Bernie may be able to do some magic with switching managers or something of that sort if Splinter does not consent to allowing myself (or the replacement you choose) to access the team.

Dan...Last night, I emailed another guy who had actually been second to respond to the original opening, but since I have not heard back from him today (He has my email and my phone number) I think it fair to go ahead and give you the team.

I'm not sure how you will access the team on the Strat website, unless splinter is willing to give us his username and password. But I will mail Bernie and LM Bombers to find out.

That sure didn't take long. We know Dan to be a good league member, as he is also in other leagues, including one with Ray, WP and myself. Obviously, I don't think he has a problem with weekend drafting, or he wouldn't be taking over. Nonetheless, I'd like to hold off the second round until he makes his first round pick. I don't think anyone will have a problem with that, because it's true we are not in a hurry. Sometimes it's not about the thing itself but about how you approach it. So I reinterate that we can always have discussion, and where necessary, take a league vote. But one person who insists on getting their way or they will quit might as well just save us the drama and quit.
