Just to get some clarity here ... Bob Boone switched to Minute Maid during the keepers announcements, and that's where he stays, per the rules, right? We don't get to change stadiums once and then change again toward the end of the draft. Do I have this accurately?

This whole mess is entirely my fault! I had understood that "announcing" an intention of moving to a new stadium was of no value. I understood that it took a draft pick to move, and another manager sent me a PM asking me if he could have Minute Maid. I agreed to this.

As ModMark has Wrigley '78 (which I should have noticed), I can clearly not have that one. Please make a ruling on this, I will play in any park that the league rules. I have 4 righties and 4 lefties at the moment, so I am not too concerned. It is obvious that I would prefer a power park, but if that is not to be, I will still be interested in how my team would play in a pitchers park.

A ballpark ruling on 13Baseballs still needs to be made, but he is getting a new ballpark regardless.
BobBoone, in the meantime, did relinquish Minute Maid during the Keepers phase, and by not announcing another park must remain in his old Ebbets '20.

So, BobBoone is on the clock.
