If I'm not mistaken, we've done it with the best records/WS winners in the east, the next best in the central and then the losers in the west.

Can anybody confirm this?

I looked back to last year's first FRKL to see how those records affected the second FRKL's divisions - it looks like we grouped the worst 4 in the East last year, the middle 4 in the Central, and the top 4 in the West.

So the groupings matter, but which division the groups go in prob doesn't.
