The divisions were never really included in the rules so I was thinking by order of the 1st Round - 1, 4, 7, 10 in East 2, 5, 8, 11 Central and 3, 6, 9, 12 in West. Is that agreeable?
Also, trades are encouraged but as I mentioned before, the hometown cannot be traded (at least until after the autodraft). After the autodraft, any players can be traded of course.
