Just wait till the normalization kicks in...you'll come back to the good side.

Yeah, that's what happened last time I did this. After averaging nearly 10 runs/game through 2/3 of the season, which was expected given my lineup and nearly dead on accurate with a couple of lineup analyzers I used, HAL flipped the switch and the team averaged barely 7 RPG the rest of the season. Finished tied for the WC and lost the playoff position on a tiebreaker.

If that happens again, I'm registering a formal complaint!

Not a fan of normalization.

Bonds was on pace, at the halfway mark, for 112 HR and 240-250 RBI.
Ted was hitting over .400 (with not much power).
Snider got leveled, too.
Team was 64-35 through 99 games.
Then lost 9 of next 10 and had 9 and 7 game losing streaks.

Still 3 games under my Pythagorean, but really, the Pythag was a lot better through the first 100 games.

Normalization is a *****.

When the slumping hits, around game 100, then trade two sluggers for two aces. You'll avoid the slump, and get your starters ready for the playoff run.

Ask if normalization is in play and you'll be told no.

Yeah. I used to think it was just evening out. But really, the pace of the evening is astounding.
