In the event you do not get the player you want and are not satisfied with the default pick, you may chose another player via waivers. After waivers you will have through Sunday to make a decision. After Sunday this player becomes a permanent fixture on your roster and cannot be switched out during the season.

What happens after game 42 when you have the second draft.

The Supplemental draft consists of the 16 unchosen players from Sets L-O. Draft order will be based on record. Worst gets 1st pick, 2nd worst 2nd pick, etc. The 4 left become retired.

Also you can freely add/drop your entire roster throughout the season without losing them. If a guy goes down for 15 games you can drop him for that period and pick him back up when he's healthy.

I have my team created and inserted into a temporary league called "Holding Pattern" so I can switch leagues when ready.

Anyone in the central/west who wants to create a team now and wait in the temp league, the password is password
