We must use the cards appropriate to that franchise; that was, as the constitutional scholars would say, the original intent. Thus, no Jays card for Clemens, no Expos card for Martinez.

I believe you should be using the card that corresponds to the franchise. That is after all the basis of this themed league, outside of the players drafted supplementally of course.

I own the rights to the Mossi card at 5 mil and would rather be playing his 4.72 mil card but that was in his Cleveland years and I do not think I should be using that card for a Tiger franchise.

On a sidenote- after looking at my pitching, Mossi is my ace.

QUESTION: I have the rights to a multi-team player, but not his "best" card. His best card is on one of the FA teams. If we are not able to use any card for a player, then can I make this player one of my FAs?

In other words, I have Eddie Collins with the White Sox, but his best card is with the A's, who arent represented in this league. If, as I'm seeing, I do not have access to that Collins card, can I make THAT card my FA?

No, we're restricted to the cards from our franchises; the good news is you already own him. just not his non-W Sox cards.
