Can someone please list the exact teams that each franchise has sole rights (with the exception of the highest price card rule) and a listing of teams that are open for FA picks. I assume we can tinker on our FA pick after teams load.

Here are the franchises from whom you may select players:

Arizona Diamondbacks
Baltimore Orioles/St. Louis Browns
California Angels
Florida Marlins
Colorado Rockies
Houston Astros
KC Royals
Milwaukee Brewers
Minnesota Twins
Montreal Expos
NY Mets
NeL
Philly/KC/Oak Athletics
San Diego Padres
Seattle Mariners
Tampa Rays
Texas Rangers
Toronto Blue Jays
Washington Senators

All players from these teams are eligible to be chosen as FA UNLESS the player has any card belonging to one of the 12 franchises in the league; in that case the team in the league owns that player.

For the 12 franchises, any teams in their history may be used, e.g. Brooklyn and LA Dodgers, NY and SF Giants, etc.

Yes, you can change FAs after the draft - as long as we keep within the parameters of 1-3 FAs.
