I'm afraid the rules only allow you to change ball parks if you didn't make the playoffs. That rule has been around since Season 1. I just felt there isn't enough of a dis-incentive to pick a stadium instead of a player in the last four picks. Sorry.

New League Being Created

Postby coyote303 » Mon May 09, 2011 11:45 pm

I'll create the new league, hopefully tonight (Monday) and send the password to the East managers. I will withdraw my team as soon as one other team enters. In the unlikely event the last East manager is ready to load before I withdraw, please wait until I withdraw.

Here is the alignment for Season 12:

[u:8cc3804025]East[/u:8cc3804025]
Mountains
Keepers
Leftovers
Haze

[u:8cc3804025]Central[/u:8cc3804025]
Hippos
Knuckleheads
Gargantuas
Stratzillas

[u:8cc3804025]West[/u:8cc3804025]
Avenue A
Bumblebees
Creatures
Zoo

Congratulations to hailedog's Lakeview Leftovers who took game 7 on the road 8-5. The series featured five 1-run games. All three runner-up Keepers victories were by 1 run.

Good luck to all coaches in Season 12.

I'm out, so other East managers can load when they are ready.

I'm in.
This past season, I made the playoffs on the last day of the regular season, won the semis in 5 and the finals in 7.
Doesn't get much tighter (luckier) than that.

Congrats Hailedog. If I'm not mistaken...In the 3 seasons you've been in the league, you've won it twice!! Isn't there some kind of a "win cap" in this league where Hailedog is running the risk of having to go find better managers to play against? :D

BTW...At this rate we are running the risk of not making the Friday midnight cut off here. Any way we can keep on top of loading a little quicker folks?

I've been monitoring the new league every few hours. Still need swades to load in the East and then we can move on to Central.
