can't even get anyone on here to vote, so getting them all to pick a state by tonight seems unlikely. I don't mind a randomizer, better check with Commish (dreamingtree?)....haven't heard from him on here for a few days.

No even if they get a card you can hold onto them as a prospect, as far as I know. Also based on the rules posted a prospect doesn't have to be the traditional type prospect it can also be an established major league player who did not receive a card.

As for the 2 year rule on proscpects - still owould be interested in exploring the extendo rule idea based on trading pciks to extend your current propsect.

Also - I'm out of town this weekend at a wedding and will VERY limited computer time. Back in town on Monday. Good to start a draft anytime after that.

Randomizer is fine.

Question: When the first number in the list is 9, does that mean the first guy on the list picks 9th or does that mean the 9th guy on the list picks first? Seems like some people do it one way and some the other.

I'd say it means the 9th guy on the list picks 1st.
