Was Dominc Brown a carded player in the 2010 set? If not, he can not be picked.

he was not a carded player, but the rules say "any player who appeared in at least ONE MLB game can be selected"

oops, yes he does. Still doesn't change my comment though. You don't have to have a card to be drafted here, you just have to have played in ONE MLB game....I think it's the 2nd rule under the Free Agent Draft section on the first page.
