My preference would be older players who don't already have a card, ahead of adding more cards of someone already in the player pool.

The MOST disrespected ATG player EVER. For some reason NOT ADDED to ATG 2-6 and NOT on the 1921 Giants in the Inaugural ATG Season.

[b:628d170a7e][size=24:628d170a7e]IRISH MEUSEL[/size:628d170a7e][/b:628d170a7e]

Does he not get added to the FIRST group?

FRED LYNN 1975
Herb Score 1956

And can I complain for better fielding cards for Arky Vaughan, Jeff Kent, and Utley?
I went to baseball-reference.com to look for better fielding years for these guys, and the first one that popped up was Vaughan, who in the 1934 year where we have him as a '3' at SS, he actually had a .951 Fldg Avg, compared to .951 League Fldg Avg, but MORE IMPORTANTLY, a 5.43 Range Factor per game, compared to the League Average of 5.34. Seems at least worthy of a '2', No?
Unfortunate that guys who definitely have a place in All-Time Greats get seldom-used because of a bad fielding rating. If the PLayer Pool was half the size it is, then maybe they could get used, but with everybody playing '1's at these premium positions, you are cutting your throat defensively by using them

Generall the field ratings relate to
1=excellent
2=good
3=average
4=poor
5=butcher

So with a fielding pct exactly at league average and a ranger factor only .09 off league average I do not see how he can be called anything but average and thus deserve anything other than a 3 rating.
