5) There is no clock for round 1 of the supplemental free agent draft. All subsequent rounds will operate with a 2-hour clock, as in the initial draft.

7) Only those players who played at least one MLB game during the season for which the draft is being conducted may be selected.

MrBBW appears to have been offline since the 23rd -- which is unusual, since he normally posts a lot. My guess would be that real life is interfering with Strat in this instance.

On the other hand, while I can sympathize, it's also true that each keeper league manager does have a responsibility to the rest of us.

If we do not hear from MrBBW by tomorrow morning, then we will seek a replacement for him.
