cubit has 1 hr 15 mins left to pick (if we're doing the clock on the weekend. Looked like we had enough votes for that to pass.

according to the rules, all votes need a super-majority (8 or more) to pass. Don't know if we had 8, but also don't think Cubit (who is THE MOST in favor of speeding up this draft) would be against implementing the clock.
