If Dan approves I would like to propose that starting either tomorrow or Tuesday we go to a shorter (2 hrs or less) clock. At the rate we're going we might as well skip the 2010 set and wait for the '11 set to be released :lol:. Paul and several others have been nice enough to take proxies, there is no reason for anyone to be taking longer than 2 hrs for a pick. Use a proxy, use your phone, or just let Dan know he can skip you until you can pick. I didn't have access to a computer for the better part of four days and still picked fairly quickly.

Personal opinion/rant: I don't mind when real life causes someone to be slow drafting, but it's really irritating to read that a guy has been active on other SOM threads but is letting 2-3 hrs go by in this league before picking. If you can't juggle multiple teams without neglecting one of them then maybe cut back (yeah, I know if someone drops out now it will put the draft on hold but I'd rather do that and have a committed owner). All the current owners we have seem like intelligent, knowledgeable, and most of the time considerate fellas so it would be nice to keep everyone but there are two or three bottlenecks just about every day that really slow it down. A shorter clock would let us get done quicker and hopefully eliminate the frustration at the slowness (well, my frustration, anyway). End Rant

not getting on anyone's case, but the end of drafts is typically when people get skipped and come back anyway. Proxies will help there and definitely we should go to a shorter clock.
