I just had a thought, do you think CUBIT is out scouting Japanese prospects that he's going to surprise us with?

OK, I've got the Bobcats in the league.

I will be working on the website this week. Once everybody has entered into the league and I have all the Franchise Names I will release the new changes with some of the cool features.

Good luck all!

sounds great.

My team name is not the traditional city then name but more of a tribute to one of my favorite all time players.

Just need SHAKEY in the East now

Great to see the draft finally moving again, though I'm about to have to go to a conference banquet. I've left proxies but would have preferred to make my own pick here, but nothing happened almost all day it seems.

On the Irabu comment: After the Yanks dumped him-- for really poor reasons I believe-- Hideki Irabu went back to Japan and carried the Hanshin Tigers to a pennant. He had the skill and a tremendous desire to succeed in America, but just did not "vibrate" the way Steinbrenner demanded.
