NOTES: When players have cards in more than one decade. Owner of the Highest $aleried card has right of first refusal. After WAIVERS, any card with your decade & League on it are fair game.

Owner does not have to play Highest$ card, if he owns another seaon of the same player (i.e., 20s can play the 2nd best Frankie Frisch since 20s owner owns both cards).

After initial draft, Cards that are not of your decade must be dropped ASAP (Before or during Waivers, if possible).

I am assuming that, in the initial draft, we cannot pick any players who are carded for our era, but have higher values in other decades? For example, Mays is carded twice or 50s and once for the 60s, but since his highest card value is for his 1962 card, I would basically have ownership of him during the draft phase? Then, if I didn't pick him, he'd be fair game for 50s NL manager?

(by the way--Dennis Menke is looking like my best SS pick) :-)
