Draft did start today, and you have no clock this round so you can pick anytime by the rules.

Because there was some concern about starting the next season quickly (avoiding potential vacations in July), I decided to allow the draft to start once all drops were in last week, but the official start was listed as today at 10 AM Eastern.

Rosco updated players available on another ILC thread near the top. As always, you are responsible for all research.
