Leonard Pope was a hero. I'm a Chiefs fan and appreciate the fact that he was the only person who knew how to swim at that party.
On the other hand, I think a league named after Joe Delaney would be appropriate. For those of you who don't recall, Delaney was a rookie RB for the KC Chiefs in the early 80s (rushed for over 1,000 yds). He had a great future ahead of him.
Delaney, saw a drowning boy in a river and jumped in to save him. The problem is that Delaney didn't know how to swim. Joe Delaney died trying to save the boy.
Blackjack, I would normally join a league like this, but I'm currently trying to run 15 teams and in the middle of a couple keeper drafts. I'm a little overwhelmed right now.
