Johan Santana(2-1), with relief help from Don McMahon, joined a select group
of baseball pitchers in Head by tossing a perfect game as the Head Shrink
defeated the Cardinal Sinners II 1 to nothing.

Head scored the only run of the game in the 4th inning. Head had only 6 hits
for the game. McMahon got the save, his 5th. Greg Maddux(0-1) was the
loser. He was a hard-luck loser as he did not allow an earned run in his 8
innings of work.

'Santana made us look bad' Alan Pratt said. 'I've seen a lot of good
performances in my time and this one will be tucked away in my memory bank
for a long time to come'

Not sure I see the perfect game described in the write-up. Looks to me like McMahon walks Brown with two outs in the ninth. Santana has 7 perfect innings, but McMahon chokes under pressure to get the final out for true perfection.
