The clock runs from [b:1fdc1ba418]10:00 am to 10:00 pm Eastern time[/b:1fdc1ba418], Monday through Friday. (for you West Coast people like me - 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Pacific)

There is no clock on the weekend.

If the 3-hour limit expires the person next in line can pick, and the person being skipped can pick at anytime.

There is no skipping on the weekends.
