It seems like nowadays the randomizer websites provide a much faster option than waiting for a lottery to run.
Just post on a separate thread that you need a 12 number randomizer run. Then, use the order people signed up as the corresponding number for each manager.
You can get two separate random draws if you want a separate one for the division alignment.
