I made one switch and posted on the other board... keeping Homer Bailey and dropping Russell Branyan.

I am taking Dreamingtree's 5th round FA pick next year rather than this year. He will keep my 6th round FA pick this year.

I confirm this. JMP1 receives my 2012 5th round pick, and I receive his 2011 6th round pick.

I was thinking about another way to form divisions, instead of picking them randomly or based on previous records, why not just create permanent divisions like they have in MLB. This way you can adjust your team to the other teams in the division. For example, Atlanta know has 3 LRP to counter the Phillies primary left handed lineup.

If all teams have made their roster moves and we are ready for the draft,
can we post the order and begin?

Since there is no clock in the first round no one would be in danger of losing their first round pick.
