Here is what I had in mind for divisions in regards to staggering, with the number representing the teams draft slot. Or we can run a randomizer.

East 1,4,7,10
Central 2,5,8,11
West 3,6,9,12

Since each team drafts it's entire team, I will just set the draft up as soon as we fill so that the first team could go ahead and draft if they want but of course we all understand if nothing happens till Tuesday.

First, good luck with the league and have fun.

I was involved in a "Microball" league, 12 seasons at $60M.
Everyone had a chance to pick their entire team from all slots, 1 thru 12, so you had one shot at all the talent you could fit at $60M, and one shot with all that was left after the other 11 teams were chosen, and everything in between.

My team picking from the 12th spot won 98 games and a title.
My team picking from the top spot won 78 games.
...but it was a great deal of fun all the way.

The draft has been set up on diamondope and springer can get things rolling as soon as he wants. Of course the caps must be kept by each manager as they draft. Any questions?
