a. HK Mossy/Damien clearly retains rights to Marcum.
b. Sknsfan has an invalid choice then, in the last prospect draft -- and also has only 29 players on his pre-draft roster now.
c. It seems to me that sknsfan should keep one more player to get to 30 (if desired) and then also have a 5th round prospect pick this year, to make up for only having 3 valid prospect picks last year.

I think that's an excellent solution T - Sknsfan gets an extra prospect pick to make up for last years loss. My only suggestion would be to make that an extra 2nd round pick, since Marcum was a 2nd rd. prospect pick last year and there's an argument to be made that this was all out of Skn's control.
But I'll leave that up to you.

Thanks, sknsfan. Marcum was properly shown on HK's roster prior to the prospect draft, so it's just an invalid pick. If it had been found right after that draft, you would have had a "5th round" pick then -- so I think a 5th round pick now still makes the most sense.
