Thanks for giving credit where credit is due. Gives credibility to much of rest of what you say. :D

I always say criticism means nothing if that is all you give.
Compliments also mean nothing if that is all you pass out.
But balanced and calling them as you see them give meaning to everything you say even when I might not agree.
