My top 5 picks are already off the board so I am willing to trade.

Either looking for a Good RF or

A Solid RF and a Pick or

A pick package that can include any combo of reasonable offerings (FA or Prospect)

I won't be able to monitor it closely, so...

If 2 hours has passed and no pick you can automatically skip that manager and make your pick.

Be very careful about the times - the 2 hour window begins from the time of the last pick as posted on the thread.
