ATG VI Live Drafts - Data Mining

I would like to carry out a small study to find out the average draft position of players taken in the TSN live drafts. To do this, I will need as many complete draft lists as possible. If you have saved the e-mails from TSN that post the complete draft results, I would appreciate if you could forward those lists to me. If you don't have my e-mail address already, please PM me, and I will send it to you (I'd rather not post it publicly). As a thank you, I can share the findings of this study following its completion.

I am not trying to figure out a specific manager's drafting strategy or anything devious like that, so please don't be concerned.

If anyone would like to post any comments or patterns that they think exist, please feel free. I can attempt to confirm or deny such patterns with the data.

If you asking everyone, why not share it with everyone? I don't
mean that as a rhetorical question, I am wondering what the feelings
distributing information to some and not others.

I did a composite draft for ATGV and posted it. You can find it here:

I have a database of all the LIVE drafts I have been (17) in from ATG6
(including league outcomes for the 14 that have finished) and would
be happy to share it with everyone if:

(1) Anyone actually cared.
(2) It would serve to increase interest in LIVE drat formats

I will tell you that there are at least 3 different strategies that
are successful (leads to playoffs and rings), and in ATG6 there
is almost no difference in draft position on average win % or
rings in the leagues I have been in (this was not the case in ATG4
where draft positions 6-12 outperformed the top 5 draft spots).

I only started getting the emails of my live drafts a short while ago, so only have the last few that I did.

so to summarize:

1) I already have an average draft position chart (from 17 LIVE leagues)
an am willing to post it for everyone

2) once posted, the 17 league set could be used to build a bigger data
base

3) I also have a bout 10 or so observations/conclusions from the list,
I can also post those and you can choose to or choose not to explore
them in a larger set of LIVE drafts.

I am a little busy until 5 PST today, so I can post what I have then.

Just a little leary of dumping my data or opinions on people who
don't want it or don't want it out there.

I was mostly curious to see when certain guys get drafted and when certain positions get drafted. Since I had the curiosity, that's why I was willing to put the work in.
