There will be a 2-round serpentine draft, where you will pick one MLB team with each pick. The draft order will be determined with a randomizer.

[u:08324bd50a]Your Stadium [/u:08324bd50a]
After the two-round draft is over, I will ask each of you to tell me by private message which stadium you will be using. You must use a stadium from one of your two drafted teams. I will submit my stadium choice to AeroDave by private message before I look at anyone else’s stadium choice. This is important because of the Division Alignment described below.

All managers who pick an AL/NL East stadium will be in the "East." All managers who pick an AL/NL Central stadium will be in the "Central." All managers who pick an AL/NL West stadium will be in the "West." If we don’t end up with exactly 4 stadiums picked from the East, Central, and West, the league commissioner will adjust divisions as necessary to make it fit. I would try to go by actual geography. (For example, if stadiums for Oakland, LA, SF, Seattle, and Texas are picked, I would bump Texas into the Central.)

[u:08324bd50a]Your Team Name[/u:08324bd50a]
The city name for your team must be the city name of your stadium's team. Your team's name must be the name of your other team. (For example, let's assume you end up with the Minnesota Twins and the New York Mets. If you pick Target Field as your stadium, your team should be named the Minnesota Mets. If you pick Citi Field as your stadium, you'd be the New York Twins.) This will make it very easy to scan the league standings and know who is who.

You have complete access to all players on your two teams. Trading is allowed. All trades must be official trade transactions (in other words, you can't just post a message saying that two teams agreed to trade certain players.) If a player is traded and then released, he is still the property of the manager who traded for him. Players on the 6 undrafted teams are off-limits all season.

After Game 120, you will have extra money to call up players to help you down the stretch. See team payroll details below.

You will have a $100m payroll through Game 120, and unlimited payroll after that. We will do this by setting the league as $200m payroll, but everyone must keep at least $100m Cash Available until after Game 120 is played.
