I agree. With a 24 team roster some teams will be much closer to 80M than others and there will be no one of value left after the AD to change things. Therefore you will have your NYY, BOS, etc and your HOU, KC teams also before the season even begins. A 60M cap for a 24 team league makes for much more even teams IMO.
