He has active teams in 2 leagues I am in. i sent him requests through the league message boards.. I can wait a little longer but he needs to get his team in soon.. it's going on 4 days

Trying to align 23 other managers is a real challenge. I am fine waiting a little longer, but if we are going to loose some managers because one manager does not load his team, we need a replacement. I am not sure how much longer to wait...

I agree with you - keeping 23 managers together is a tough scenario; I would support your outreach to find a replacement, since it's been a few days and we haven't seemed able to get a response of any kind. Certainly hope nothing is wrong with this individual, but I think a longer wait might endanger the whole league.
