Agree with comments above. Finding a replacement is probably easier and more fair if their high draft spot is preserved.

I am OK with trolling for a replacement for Sykes. Any ideas? I am even OK starting the draft over, if everyone agrees, if a replacement is found

I agree. As touchy as it maybe, giving the replacement manager a fair shot in the draft is very important.

I just sent a league e-mail to my 70s Keeper League. Hopefully we'll get a bite because it is a really good group of players.

I would say have the new owner just pick 4th. Since the top 4 was a random draw and wasn't based on record, it's still fair and there's still great players available. Otherwise we wait even longer for repicks.

What about the other main offender..jsam? He has not chimed in so do we look for his replacement too? I suggest we at least have someone ready to jump if jsam does not show up.
