I should have explained this isn't a frenzy league.

Jeepdriver's the commish in a yet to be filled waivers league, hope he can weigh in on this. Like, what if I'm too skeert to have my team in the same division as his team; can he move mine to the Central before the league fills out? What powers does the commish have in a non-frenzy league?

(That's simply a "what if", I don't actually care about which division my team's in, all part of the challenge what what).

The manager who created the league is called the "Commish". I don't think they are granted any special privileges in waiver leagues.
