Ballparks:
Hackra: I will make a commissioner's ruling that while you are not a new manager in the SBDL, the team you are inheriting is getting a new manager. So, if you would like to relocate, you may do so with no penalty.
BobBoone: You have been in your ballpark for at least three seasons, so you may relocate, but you will forfeit your 6th round draft pick.
This goes for anyone who has been in their park for at least three seasons (everyone but 13Baseballs, Munich_Man, Bunze0, emart).

July 14 through 19: Announce second set of keepers.

Welcome back Hack. And no, you can't have the Honeyman back. Even though last season you had a better one than the last few of mine, and you seem to have a better understanding than me of who fits Dunn. As far as taking over Tom's team. Tom's team is usually a power house. Last year was really an off year for him. His teams are always in contention, so you could do worse. Good luck.

Mark - I would love to come to Wells to visit and roll a couple games, but I don't see a gap in my work schedule... unfortunately.
