If we cannot bring up prospects after making our supp drops, then I will make this trade offer to everyone.

My 10th rnd FA pick in next years FA draft and any of the following Venable, Overbay, Gomez, Encaracion for your 10th rnd pick in next years FA draft.

I've just allowed a prospect to be promoted in place of a supplemental pick in my GMKL league, so there is now a precedent :)

I've got no problems (evidently) with allowing prospects to be promoted in place of a supplemental pick. The procedure I used was to allow the promotion in lieu of the last supp pick, so the person involved ended up with supp picks in rounds 1 and 2 and a promoted prospect for his 3rd round pick.
