You will be missed. Greatly. If you ever leave. For real. You have made so many good managers become better, and so many crappy managers become mediocre (like me). Thanks for everything.

Watching the end of Rocky, with Rocky shouting "Adrienne! I love you, Adrienne!" was embarrassing.

And is it just me, or is that scene overly elongated? I mean, was it really that important for it to take, what, 5 minutes for her to weave and push her way through the crowd to get to him in the ring? Great movie, but...

Depends on whether you like your movies with a dose of reality (like it would really take her three minutes, and time might seem expanded after you've been punched in the head for 15 rounds) or edited down for dramatic effect. I actually like the end of Rocky a lot, not just because of the fight outcome (don't want to spoil it for anyone who hasn't seen it) but also because of the time you have to digest it all.

Honorable mention to Bobby and Moose[/quote:347c981c7c]

Thanks for the generous sentiment, but I [b:347c981c7c]DO NOT[/b:347c981c7c] deserve being mentioned in the same breath, much less the same sentence - as Bobby. One can only wish to someday achieve the committment, generosity and class that Bobby showed while he was among us.

I think (as determined by the last half of this thread) that Adrian's "retirement" is a lot like Nev's "retirement" - in which I frequently poke him with a "didn't you quit ?" jab.

I don't think any of us really ever do walk away. Maybe Penngray, Major Deegan - even Munich Man came back. I'll betcha Bobby comes back, too.

Speaking of Bobby, I do agree that we need to plan another Vegas trip. And that includes drunken Bernie too.
