There are a couple of variations on it, but basically we would draft based on a fixed salary cap. You would keep a certain number every year and the rest would be available to be drafted again.

I have played with you keeping 3, then stealing 1 from any team (only 1 player can be stolen from a team and it can't be the 3 they kept originally or the 1 they may have already stolen), then keeping 3 more, and finally a draft.

I am open to suggestions on a cap and how it could be ran.

I'm interested also, would prefer 80 mil. cap but 100 would work also.

As many seasons as anyone would like. We can either have a time frame, or we can make it continual and find replacements if anyone leaves.
