Would there be any objections to changing my stadium? I inadvertently picked a category I wasn't planning to.

You picked a stadium in category 2. (Moderate Pitching) - If you would have picked from a category that would have put you in violation and subject to the 25 win fine, I would have allowed the stadium change.

But you have used from groups 4/5/7 in previous events so this is not the case.

Since some players in Barnstormers do take note of what stadiums are picked, you should keep the stadium you drafted.
