SELECTED FRENZY TIME VS. DEFAULT 12:05 am EST

I havent created a Frenzy league since we changed from the 1205 am EST Frenzy time to the "select-your-own-time" Frenzy, so I'm not sure I totally understand the new set-up.

However, I have a suggestion: Make the 12:05 am EST Frenzy the [b:66264ded9c]DEFAULT [/b:66264ded9c]Frenzy time, and [b:66264ded9c]still [/b:66264ded9c]give the option of a particular league picking it's own Frenzy time. Many times, a commissioner either sets a Frenzy time and the league doesnt fill before that time and the Frenzy goes into limbo, or the commisioner doesnt get a chance to set the Frenzy for whatever reason.

[b:66264ded9c]If this was changed, the option is there to change it, but if not, the league knows the Frenzy will run at 12:05 am EST the night that the league fills.[/b:66264ded9c]
