2005 (06) Shifting Sands Theme League

Figure at the $12.50 price point maybe we can actually fill a league up :P

Shifting Sands theme league, where upon sign up you add a theme point to the league. The rule is your theme cannot be so hard to make it impossible for all people to field a team. Make sure you do your homework it is not an easy league!

Example:

1 player 1 - all players must use non * SP's
2 player 2 - only plays 3+ range at 2b/SS
3 player 3 - no LH OF's

it goes on and on until we have 12 rules that EVERYONE MUST FOLLOW.

Again, when selecting a rule, you cannot make the player pool so shallow, in conjunction with the other rules made, that not everyone can field a team (I didn't say good team)

100 Mil DH, weighted waivers and progressive cap hits
