I am thinking of using Buster Posey at catcher. Is that too much $$$ for someone that could be injured a lot and miss a serious amount of games. Should I reallocate the money a little differently?

I have never used a high $$ catcher before, but his offense/defense is hard to pass up.

Any thoughts from the experts?

I'm by no means an expert, but I was happy with Posey's production on this team, which is currently in the finals. I also rarely spend money on catchers since they tend to spend time on the DL, but I just thought it was time to take a chance for the same reasons you are considering it.

I'd say try it. Posey is a "2" injury frequency, and not many catchers are better than that. If he had been a "3" I probably wouldn't have tried to get him. I would use him again.
