Love the Beta but

I love the new play by play feature, but has anyone else found that at times the play by play doesn't match the box score?

I love the play by play, but like your typical strathead I want more. I think it would make it 100 times better if there was a mock up of the stadium the games was being played at. But maybe that is just asking for too much.

On one occasion my starting pitcher appeared to be pitching into the 13th inning but in the box score he was replaced after 11 IP. That is the only discrepancy I have noticed so far. I sent a message to Bernie about it but he said when he viewed it it looked correct to him. :?

I had my closer come in last night in the ninth but the play by play still had my set up man listed as pitching. I still enjoy it very much and I have a little box that I put up so that I can't see the scores and never look at the headlines. I scroll down to the next game and I almost never know the outcome until the end of the play by play. This is great stuff I think!
I would like to see the batters season stats and how he has done during the game just like on TV but I am very happy right now :D !

I've just noticed someting else. When a player gets on base while getting injured and there is someone else already on base......the PR for the injured player takes the place of the lead runner and the injured player's name is still showing on first base.

Of course it is all straightened out after the inning but it still looks wierd.

I love this. I watched one of my games today, and saw a no-hitter. . . The next game, ANOTHER of my pitchers brought a no-no into the 8th inning.

If you set it to the fastest, games play out in well under 5 minutes!

I await the cloaking Bernie comes up with to make it so I don't have to squint till I'm almost blind so I can click the binoculars without seeing the line score.

Loving it!

I just went 19 innings crapping my pants until I won it in the bottom of the 19th with the bases loaded and 1 out with a single. Man that was awesome. I tied it in the 14th and 18th before taking it in the 19th. Cecil came in relief for 4 innings for the win. He will pitch on 3 days rest as the starter. I am quessing he will come in with F0 and will be up against King Felix. That will be fun too watch for about 2 innings I think. That was really wonderful because I won and took a 1 game lead in the division against that team.

I bet he starts the game at full strength.

No, just like any *SP going every 4th game is as strong at the end of the season as he is in his first start.
